This informative day with Eric K. Glunt, an expert facilitator in Theory of Change (ToC) and an evaluation specialist for over 25 years, will teach participants the basics of the proper way to develop a ToC in a participatory way.  It will include creative ways to work long-distance and in challenging settings. The second half of the day will focus on how to use a ToC to create a Results Framework for evaluation, including the development of measurable indicators.  As an added attraction, participants will see Theory of Change Online demonstrated – a web-based application for creating, storing and working collaboratively.  The format will include presentation, Q & A, and small group exercises on real world problems relevant to the participants.
