Paterson Community Schools Focus on Sustainability

ActKnowledge enters its fifth year working for the Paterson Community Schools Program with a focus on how to sustain the community school model after their federal Full Service Community School grant concludes in 2015. Their Theory of Change has helped them achieve positive results across the last three years.
